psa shield flatAdding a support package to a dictation system will help to resolve issues quicker and keep your system running at an optimum level. Platinum Support Assurance is designed to work alongside a customer’s existing IT support, so that the internal IT help-desk can escalate queries to Olympus where required. As part of this service, Olympus will also be able to configure new users and reconfigure the existing setup should the need arise.

In the event of a catastrophic IT failure (e.g. server failure), Platinum Support Assurance will provide a technician to remotely redeploy and reconfigure your dictation systems or assist IT where possible.
