This update fixes an issue where the Transcription Module fails to send/receive emails (whilst testing) if only the Transcription Module is installed on the PC.

The Transcription Module will read the settings file of the Dictation Module, which is only created via the Dictation module when it is installed. The Transcription Module will give an error when trying to test Web mail settings.

This has now been resolved.
